RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:
- All items are inspected carefully and properly packed before shipping. However, if you receive any defective item from us, please notify us within 48 hours upon receipt, and return shall be made/processed within 2 days upon receipt.
- Should you encounter any defective sign as per mentioned below, kindly email a photo of the defective part to jaycylian@gmail.com for further actions.
- All goods sold are not refundable.
Defective Item:
- Tear clothes (not broken joints); Dirt (larger than a thumbprint); Irreparable accessories on the clothes;
Non-defective Item:
- Dirt (less than a thumbprint and can be easy removed); Reparable accessories on the clothes ( e.g. buttons drop off, we will replace a new set of accessories for you).

All items are inspected carefully before posting out. Due to the quality standard are very subjective, normally a small stain/spot, off-line, lint problem are not categorized as defective item. Kindly refer to chart below for more details:

Wrong Item delivered | Pay by us | Should we delivered the wrong item to you, which is not what you ordered, please inform us and once confirmed wrong item delivered, buyer to send back the item, once received the wrong item, we will send back the correct item to you. All shipping charges will be paid by us, including the return shipping charges. |
We reserve the right not to accept the returns if :-
- Not in original conditions due to:
- misuse or mishandling of products, e.g. washed items
- incorrect storing method, i.e. in damp environment
- exposure to too high or too low temperature
- any alteration done to product
- dirt, signs of wear-and-tear, body odor
- incomplete packing and accessories
- tag was removed
- worn item
- Any exchange done without contacting us
- Exceeded exchange period
- Products not purchased from us.
- Color difference due to different monitor setting, lightning or photographic effects
- 1-2 cm discrepancy of measurements. We try to serve you the most accurate measurements as possible. However, due to items are produced by different manufacturers, there are possibilities that there is a +/- 1-2 cm of discrepancy in measurements.
- Items color might be vary from real items due to different monitor setting, lightning or photographic effects.

Tax & Duties
· We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay what you see on the checkout page.
· In most countries in the world you have to pay taxes on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
· The rules are different in every country. In any one country the rules are often applied differently in different places, and sometimes rather randomly.
· Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of any country.
· As such we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country.
· As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.
· If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s) from Hong Kong. Unfortunately we can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it.
· If you order goods from us and feel that you've been unexpectedly 'stung' with taxes at your end, please don't blame us. Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before completing your order.
· If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways for you to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), we are more than happy to follow your instructions regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc. Just tell us what you need and we will let you know what we can do to help.
· We are not responsible for products being confiscated by the Customs in customers' countries.
Delivery Fees / Shipping terms / Postage

Delivery Period
Item ordered will be sent out for courier within 2-3weeks after the payment is made by you. A postage/tracking no will be provided and you will be notified once the postage is out for courier.
